  • Cigarettes have killed more people than weed ever will. Four packs a day?! I doubt even a hard-core smoker could smoke that much pot in a day. Pot has a built-in safty mechanism; if you smoke too much , you'll just fall asleep. Cigs give you maybe a 30-45 second "high", then you're left craving.

  • Because, Maria, we're talking about the NFL's punishment, not the court's. If Ben had gone to jail, he wouldn't be able to play. Vick couldn't play because he was serving time. That is not a suspension (he was unavailable to play).
